Denver Digs Trees Shade Trees for Your Yard!
Sign up for yard trees through Denver Digs Trees! Once again, The Park People is pleased to offer free and low-cost trees for Denver residents to plant in their yards. These medium and large sized trees will shade our homes, helping us conserve energy, save money on our power bills, and fight global warming. Cherry Creek Area Plan Survey
The first public meeting/workshop on the new Cherry Creek Area Plan will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at the JW Marriott in Cherry Creek North (on Clayton Lane between 1st and 2nd). This is our opportunity to provide input on the plan through your comments and feedback. Please plan to attend!

Fillmore Plaza Hybrid Plan
A special meeting was held for Cherry Creek East Association to comment on the proposed hybrid street design for Fillmore Plaza. Those CCEA members who attended generally supported the hybrid concept, but they wanted discussions to continue so to work toward an optimal design.

These concept drawings are not approved plans for the redevelopment of 1st Avenue. Further study is required to determine the best approach.
New Denver Zoning

Rezoning of Greenhouse PUD 115
On February 4, CCEA voted in support of the Zeppelin Development team's requested to rezone PUD 115, which is attached to the property that lies between Alemeda and Cedar from Harrison to Jackson.

Cherry Creek East Drainage Improvements
There are now plans to make improvements to the storm drainage in Cherry Creek East during 2012/2013. All streets will be repaved and curb/gutters repaired following the storm drain improvements. More information will follow.
